Expect the warmth of autumn produce—beetroot, celeriac, radish, parsnip—lifted by nuanced layers of Asian flavours: aged Zhenjiang vinegar, Szechuan zest, black bean umami, Thai chilli heat, sesame crunch, and the nostalgic comfort of orh‑nee taro dessert. It’s a modern celebration of the harvest, grounded in technique and finished with our signature East‑meets‑West finesse. Think honey-glazed Kurobuta pork with pickled daikon, confit-cured salmon on parsnip mousseline with Szechuan tomato salsa and crispy lotus, and Angus roast beef with confit ratte potatoes and a bold black bean jus—comforting, modern and unmistakably Eden.
