Begin with comfort classics and bright starters: slow-caramelised French Onion Soup, gratinated with Gruyère and served with crisp Hainanese toast. Prefer something sprightly? Try the Sweet Potato Salad with feta, cranberries, and mandarin–mustard. For a touch of luxury, there’s silken Duck Liver Parfait with Riesling jelly and citrus–longan, or the irresistibly oozy Baked Camembert Toast with blueberry truffle honey and walnut crumble.

For mains, choose from tender Five-Spice Roast Spatchcock with cloud-light potato mousseline and porcini ragout; ultra-luxe Sea Urchin Riso Pasta crowned with a smoky grilled king prawn, crispy tempeh, and Parmigiano; glossy Gochujang Apple-Glazed Pork Jowl with butter-glazed vegetables and pickled shallots; or a show-stopping Baked Aubergine Fricassée layered with nutty barley, garlic crumbs, and smoked pimento purée. End on a high with Lemon Meringue Blossom Tart and ondeh-ondeh gelato or an ultra-creamy New York Garden Cheesecake with toasty black sesame ice cream.
